On Foot

Our town centre location means it’s easy to walk to us from any part of Kendal. Follow ‘Brewery Arts Centre’ on the brown heritage signs dotted around the town centre.

By Bike

Bike racks are available in front of the Brewery Arts Centre Warehouse venue on site.

By Car

The club is only 10 minutes from junction 36 of the M6 motorway.  Kendal itself also sits on the A6 and A591 roads.

The club has 6 free to use parking spaces for members immediately to the right of the club. The Brewery Arts Centre has a 50 space car park, 4 of which are accessible spaces. Charges start from £1.50 for an hour (fees contributing to the Brewery Arts charity income).  The car park is monitored by the local council who will impose fines for vehicles without the appropriate ticket. See the council website for up to date prices for the Arts Centre Car Park.

Further information about accessible parking can be found here.

A full list of fees and other local car parks can be found here.

Using Public Transport

Kendal is a short distance from the West Coast Main Line railway station at Oxenholme. This connects to the Lakes Line (branch line) going to Kendal railway station. From there we are within easy walking distance.

Taxis and regular buses operate from Oxenholme Railway Station to Kendal town centre and Brewery Arts (approximately 5 minute journey).  The Lakes Line also connects Oxenholme to Staveley and Windermere (The Lake District).

Kendal is fully connected to national and regional bus routes. There are regular buses from the central Lakes and towns throughout the region.
